Last week, I had the pleasure of participating in a podcast for the Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland alongside ex-England footballing great, Sir Geoff Hurst. Host Matthew O’Neill asked both of us a series of questions about leadership and the role it has played in our careers to date.
The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is currently in the process of talking to leadership figures from across the nation in an attempt to understand this universal trait and what it means in Britain and Northern Ireland today.

It was great to be approached and featured in the Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland’s podcast and I thoroughly enjoyed discussing how leadership has and will continue to be a great part of my role within the Building Consultancy industry.
